The one I scanned other day was either Feb or March I think but I'm not 100% as I was also checking dates of the cheeses so I might have got confused.

Never had one before either just know you have to slice it real thin as can be quite salty. I'm not really being much help here am I :rotfl:

Cooked the gorgeous gammon from Iceland yesterday

Today I'm cooking onions & mushrooms & chopped gammon. Fresh tagliatelle & mixing it all together with a tub of mascarpone cheese

or gammon eggs & chips

Either way I'm going have to go & buy ingredients the eggs are dated 18th BBE & they float
