Moral issues aside, anyone can film whoever they like perfectly legally if it's in a public area. Filming in a public area does not invade a persons privacy which is the crucial factor.
If being filmed for ulterior purposes then offences may be committed, but not necessarily.

TBH some of the PC nonsense really P's me off.

I was not allowed for take pictures of my own daughter performing in her Xmas panto a couple of years ago due to peoples "concerns"

Maybe i'm being a little naïve but what is the worst someone could do with a couple of pictures from a school panto it they were that way inclined?

Unfortunately there have been some cases when children, who are in care for their own protection, have been found by abusive parents due to parents posting pictures from school shows on social media.

    hi TrulyMadly x
thank you xx hows things with you?

No, I have only just come on here, do tell me more? Lol my son said he will go to the shops if I come across some bargains :) bless him x

Buy the large Heinz Beans and sausages in multiples of 5.....so 5 or 10 plus fillers. Target T or M and they will cost 7p a tin:) Remember that 10 is the maximum that will compare.

Heinz large spaghetti and sausages, Ravioli and Spaghetti bolognaise also work which will reduce the number of fillers you need. So once again a mix in multiples of 5 or 10.
Check the multi is showing in store ie 5 for £3 before you buy.

Don’t forget to post your shop:)

We are mostly now told that taking is ok but not to post on social media which seems fair enough if you can trust the audience not to abuse it.

So went to visit DS and her family yesterday but couldn't reisit the trip to west sussex including quite a big detour via southampton to pick up some engineered wood flooring for 12.75 a pack (originally 57.72). Only slight issue is it was 14mm thick rather than the advertised 122mm so the kids ended up even more squished in the car than planned for the rest of the journey.

Homebase (for those who still have them) engineered 3 strip oak, 15 a pack, today is last day of 15% off.
    I think....

thanks for the responses - I think it will have to be left with the police and hopefully they can sort it, one child being filmed playing with friends via a dash cam. one person out of 4 caught in full view of camera (not the problem one) but because he has been shown on the film damage that was caused which can been seen to not be him - however facebook vigilantes have decided they don't need to look at the whole video or put the sound up and look/listen to it properly. One child shown at the start of the video is under a protection order (caused the damage). Put on facebook by someone with a brand new profile and have never posted anything else. Video reported very quickly. Person asked by numerous people to remove it asap. Everything still online 24 hours later. Police will see what they can do if they can find an officer that can deal with it...........

I obviously do not condone any damage caused - hopefully my post doesn't come out like that
  • Any advice on the best way to upload a photo from my iPad onto this thread. Thanks - I’m new to all this
