There should be a small glitch available on Cow & Gate Growing Up Milk (200ml) at 6 for £3 in A vs S 50p each. When buying 12, for 2x 6 for £3 = £6, the comp. on four out of the last six, even if losing two to the exceeding of the 10 per item cap, would work out better than 50p (6 for £ mbuy price each) vs 50p six times.

There are two versions - one for 1-2 years, the other for 2-3 years. My first thought you would need to stick to a single version. However, purely from a money-saving view with the comp. being what is expected, the best option would be 11 of one and 1 of the other, though I realise this may not be practicable as your children are the age they are - unless you have two children and one of them goes without much milk whilst the other has 11 cartons:rotfl:! I suppose you could do two separate shops, splitting up whatever else is good vs S, the second shop with the combination in reverse. Or maybe your child is two years old, and therefore falls within both products:cool:. The 11+1 combination (either way - 11 of 1-2 and 1 of 2-3 OR 11 of 2-3 and 1 of 1-2) would get 65p vs 50p for five of them, even if six from within the twelve get mbuy vs mbuy (and one is lost to the failure to appear, but far better that that adds 15p to each of five than gives a rather hopeless 5p itself).

    Morning everyone:hello:

    So, my Trouting. G’tham Store.

I was just leaving the checkout with my shopping (second time around) when a side door opened and out came the Store Manager with her young lad sidekick. “Can we have a word with you sir?” and they took me into a side room. This was the same duo that stopped me about 3 months ago and warned me not to return items.

They told me that I have been using a lot of big APG’s and I am abusing the APG system. This was just a warning not to do it again and that I had also been ‘flagged up’ at other Stores too. If I do it again they would call the Police.

I told them that the Police wouldn’t be interested, I am doing nothing illegal. I admitted that I am probably taking advantage of the APG system but that it is their system and I just split up my shops to compare with other Supermarkets.

She repeated that I am abusing the APG system and it must stop. It was just about 3 minutes, polite but firm conversation. She also said that A are aware that 'some other people' are doing the same.

I am sure that with face-recognition software it probably is possible for Stores to share this information but I am sure she was bluffing. She would have seen from APG’s used that they were sometimes from other Stores.

I will have to lie low a bit for the time being and probably travel further afield – in disguise! I still have three £20+ APG’s to use:eek:;)

    Have a good day everyone:)
