No disposable cup week

Like millions of people I'm a sucker for coffee on the go
Last week I kept my cups in a separate bag was shocked at how much waste it was

I've dug my reusable cup from Christmas out of the cupboard and plan to try and use it each time and will be taking a jar of favourite coffee to the office

My preferred caffeine hit is Nero but not sure which place gives best discount for own cup

I really hope you get on well with your disposable cup! It is terrible to see all these disposable cups around the cities - and they are only the ones that didn't make it to the bin - I think if we really saw where all this stuff was going we would all take reusable cups and bags, and bottles! - spread the word and well done!!

It rather depends how far you have to drive home just to get a cup of tea.

surely someone clever can come up with a plastic alternative also, watching blue planet recently prompted me to youtube plastic waste in our oceans, its truly horrific!

This week inspired me to buy a keep cup for my wife who probably gets 3-4 coffees a week.

Today the Barista in Costa dropped it and the glass inner shattered!
