Gas dryer repair

Hi All, need a repair done on my gas tumble dryer. Only recommendation I got is for SMC in Enniskillen, they won’t come out till ‘sometime next year’ which is not exactly prompt service. I might have some washing to dry before that. Seems I could buy a new one and have it installed in days, but a repair? Now that’s a bridge too far....
