There is no end date as it ends when someone guesses all 7 song titles and artists so I have put end date of 31/12 could end sooner or be longer.

The Christian O'Connell Breakfast Show is one show with seven playlists.
If you love Absolute 80s, Absolute Radio 90s or any of our stations you can listen to the show with your favourite music when you listen on digital radio or through the Absolute Radio app.
Each morning at 8am and 9am, Christian and Richie will jump into their time machine and play a song from each decade, but because the time machine is travelling SO fast, you will only hear a small part of it.
If you can correctly identify all seven songs (title and artist) you will win £10,000!
It's that simple! Well it's not simple... It's actually really hard. Get help from your work mates, you'll need it.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
There will be one (1) prize.
The prize winner will be the entrant who successfully identifies the artist and song title for all seven song clips in the correct order, included within Christian O'Connell's 10 Grand Time Machine audio montage.
The presenter will indicate when phones lines will open and close. Listeners will be prompted to call into the Absolute Radio studio using the number provided. For each competition round, one listener will be picked at random to come to air and submit their guesses. The seven song clip montage will play in full, after which point the listener will provide a list of answers of all their guesses.
Competition rounds will only take place within The Christian O'Connell Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio between 06:00am and 10:00am, Monday to Friday between the Start Date and the End Date.
There may be more than one competition round during any given Breakfast show.
2. Entry Platforms and Costs
Phone: by calling 0330 123 12 15
Calls from landlines will be charged at the local rate. Calls from mobiles may cost considerably more.
3. DATES
Start Date and Time: From 0:700am Monday 6 November 2017 (Start Date) until the competition mechanic is concluded and won (End Date).
Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
Winner Announcement. The name and the home town of the winner(s) will be announced on air on The Christian O'Connell Breakfast Show as and when all seven clips are correctly identified and in the correct order.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, must not enter.
5. THE PRIZE(S)
There will be one (1) prize of £10,000.
Additionally, there will be a one-off (1) prize of a Roberts digital radio awarded to the listener who is the first entrant to correctly identify any clip, with correct reference to both the artist and song title, within the seven song montage.
The Prize is provided by Bauer Radio Limited.
Prizes are non-transferable.

6. DATA PROTECTION
Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner's details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

Has anyone recorded the montage of songs so that we can all hear on here and then give our opinions as to what they might be ???
Looking at the choices above are they necessary all incorrect since looking for 7 songs perhaps some are correct already and others not.0 -
They're giving a radio away to those with one correct guess so I presume none are correct. I listen to the station but unfortunately miss the callers as leave just before 8am.
Can't find link to the clips. Do know that it's bloody impossible though! Someone who get there due to process of elimination at that's about it! Doesn't look like they need to pay the third song is X, you can just make a suggestion x2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -

I will try and record it tomorrow and upload to an audio sharing site, the only one I can think of is Soundcloud, https://soundcloud.com/, do you think that will be allowed? I was thinking if it might be easier to identify the songs by loading the audio clip into a program such as Audacity and slowing the track down.Posting is a privilege, not a right.
