Competitions Rules: Promoter: Egmont UK Ltd and PO Box 6988, Sleaford, NG34 9WE. 1. Competition is open from the date of publication until the end of 29th Nov 2017. Any entries received after the closing date – for whatever reason – will be invalid. 2. You must be 18 or over to enter the Competition. 3. The Competition is not open to employees of Egmont or their immediate families. 4. Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary. You may enter the Competition by post or via the website, https://www.egmont.co.uk/competitions 5. No more than one entry per household. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed, or not received for any reason. 6. The prize is one (1) holiday package to Disneyland Paris for up to four (4) people to Disneyland Paris to be taken no later than 1st September 2018; to experience Season of the Force guests must travel between 13th January – 25th March 2018. All date requests are subject to availability, certain restrictions and block out dates may apply. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 60 days out from preferred travel dates. 7. The prize includes; a) Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class direct to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International OR travelling return economy class from select regional airports to Paris Charles de Gaulle. UK transport is not included. b) Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room at a Disneyland Paris Resort Hotel (hotel based on availability and excludes Disneyland Hotel) including continental breakfast. c) four (4) x three (3) Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park and Meals for the duration of the three (3) day holiday (for the avoidance of doubt the meals include three (3) lunches and (2) dinners for up to four (4) people provided in the form of vouchers. 8. Any costs incurred in addition to package holiday elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. 9. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports and any necessary visas or other necessary travel documentation for the trip. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended. 10. The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over. 11. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney. 12. Prize package holiday and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. 13. Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize Trip package at any time. There is no alternative prize and the Prize Trip cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. 14. Venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety. By entering the venue, you agree to comply with any security requirements in force. 15. The prize winners will be drawn at random from the correct entries received, after the Closing date, by an independent party. 16. The prize-winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than 14 days after the closing date. If we contact you to tell you you’re a winner but you don’t reply within 7 days, we may have to offer the prize to someone else. 17. Promoter reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize Trip package at any time. No substitute prize will be offered. If you are unable to attend the event on the specified date, Egmont shall not be obliged to provide an alternative prize and may offer it to another winner. 18. If, for any reason beyond our control, the event is cancelled, varied, or reschedules for any reason, Egmont shall not be obliged to provide an alternative prize. 19. Judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
