A word of warning, if it's like our LIDLs, some of the best offers go quickly, so consider going to your store at 9am on the Thursday!needaspirin wrote: »From Thursday 18/10/2007 Lidl have silicone bakeware for £2.99 each. Also a christmas bakeware range - same price.

I think you take the cake out of the thing before you eat it

I've got one from Le Creuset and i think it's great for Cakes as it comes off so easily... might go and have a look at Lidl next week..A friend is a present which you give yourself (R.Stevenson)

I bought a cake tin like these from Aldi but after using it once its at the back of the cupboard.Too much messing around for my liking, before the mixture goes in you have to stand the thing on a tray then try and get the mixture even - not easy when its so wobbly.
Thats just my point of what its like i much prefer my good old metal ones.0 -

I haven't been bold enough to use the one I got from Aldi. You lot have done nothing to inspire my confidence but I feel an urge for flapjack coming on so might brave it tomorrow.
It's worth a try at £2.99.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0
