I presume we have to watch each day at 5.30pm again to see who wins the race, but it doesn't actually say it is a daily in the terms?
4. WINNERS: There will be 1 (one) first prize winner, 3(three) runner-up prize winners in total. The first prize winner will win 1 (one) Nintendo 3DS, 1 (one) Penelope Pitstop Pop figure and 1 (one) Mean Machine with !!!! Dasta Pop figure.
Each runner up prize winner will win 1 (one) Penelope Pitstop Pop figure .
The 4 (four) winners (Prize Winners”) will be selected at random from all correct online entries received. The decisions of Promoter will be final and binding in all matters.

Well i've just watched this and neither of them won! It is on again now but it says on the competition page to watch at 5.30 so no idea what the answer should be.
Edit, neither of them won in the second episode.

Dastardly has won today. There was a pop up on the screen today to show the competition which definitely wasn't there yesterday so maybe it only started today?
