Curry

I have tried a couple of chicken curry recipes but one my husband didn't like because it was too creamy and the other I didn't like because it was too hot for my liking. I have tried combining the two recipes and although it is ok it's not the best. I have tried looking for a recipe that maybe uses natural yoghurt rather than cream and thought it may be quicker to ask on here for any recipes you lot might have that we could try.

Thanks.

    Hi lynseydee,

In most recipes you can use natural yoghurt as a substitute for the cream. The replies on these recent threads might help:

Thanks Pink-winged for that link. I have managed to find a recipe for a chicken passanda which sounds really nice so I'm going to give that a go. If that fails at least I'll know where to come next time.
