Hi
This is my first post to the forum but have used it for information in the past and find it extremely helpful. I just can not seem to find an answer to my question ,so here goes..
I had a secured loan with GE Money and fell into arrears which is all sorted and has been for a couple of years. However i attracted around £3000 in fees/charges during the period and a year or so ago GE sold my loan to elderbridge, my question is can i potentially reclaim some of the fees and if so who would i contact GE who imposed the fees or Elderbridge who now owns the loan..thank you in advance Lee

Why do you continue to give false advice. ? The Banks winning in the Supreme Court 2009 has nothing whatsoever to do with unfair mortgage fee's .0 -

Would have been nice if you could have answered my question ?
You are well aware from our previous posts that bank charges have NOTHING whatsoever to do with mortgage arrears fees.
So i ask the question again why do you continue to give the wrong advice on this subject.
