Peanut butter stored in the fridge?? Yes or No

Our peanut butter boomerangs back and forth from the fridge....I say yes and my daughter says no..........

More seriously - it would depend on the peanut butter.

Some 'peanut butter spreads' have ingredients meaning it should be refrigerated once open, some is just crushed peanuts and oil meaning it's shelf stable for months.

I keep it wherever it'll fit. I've too much fridge space unused and hardly any cupboard space.... so, depending on my mood, it could be in either.

In the cupboard for me too. In fact it says on the label 'Do not refrigerate'.
