If you are only 18 months out of an IVA, would you not be better off trying to build up some savings instead of looking for a loan to get into debt again.
Someone 18 months out of an IVA would still be regarded as iffy by most reputable lending institutions anyway."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Hi, Im after getting a secured loan or remortgage and wanted to find the best lender thats not going to rip me off and which banks lend after being in an IVA we are 18mth clear of that now ..advice would be greatly recieved ... Thanks in advance
Its almost as if you've not learnt a single damned thing from being in an IVA. Quite clearly you didn't work out how you got there in the first place given the rush to start the whole cycle over again. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Bit hard since each individuals circumstances are going to be different.
Anyway, do you really want to secure finance against your home, its not advised.
Why the rush for a secured loan or remortgage ?0
