need to move oil from tank to new address, anyone recommend someone who can do this and any idea of cost price. it is holding about 900 liters. thanks

Get a pro. There are safety implications doing it yourself, not to mention serious issues if you make a mess and contaminate the ground.
To be honest, I suspect the time, hassle and expense might not be worth it. Why don't you just sell it to the new owner?Always overestimating...0
