Employer Tax Codes

Hi, I have a healthy Service pension and a part time job. I am thinking of taking on another part time job and wondered if, without a P45, if my new additional employer is informed who my other employer is? I know on the tax code notification I get the breakdown of all three but do they or do they just get the code and details that applies to them?

they get the code, nothing more
who you work for is of no interest to HMRC and certainly not a thing they communicate to those who you do work for, although presumably from your question it could be "of concern" to one or more of your employers, so a contractual issue between you and your employer?
whether MI5 would be interested in your activity as an ex services person is another matter

Also some contracts of employment now also include clauses about working for other employees. Interestingly though do not include clauses about self employment.0
