I have the 5200 Magimix machine and although it was quite pricey it was definitely worth it. It’s the best processor I’ve had and does the full works, all the accessories come with it so you don’t have to buy anything else. It’s really easy to use and saves me so much time and effort in the kitchen… and it’s amazing how quiet it is.0

I've got a Breville. I suppose that one. I love it, and I'm definitely not going to consider anything else. I don't chop onions, though, because it's just as convenient for me to use a knife. I pureed them for bolognaise there, so DS didn't know they were in it when he was little.

My solution was to have the Magimix, which I desperately wanted for size and strength. Mum has had one for years. Plus a hand mixer for meringue and cake mix. Magimix good for pastry and scones. And immersion blender as I mainly use it for soups and like the OP said, can't be doing with transferring hot liquids! If soup is easy to make, I do it regularly, if not, it would be never.

we have a kenwood food processor. It has the shredding/grating disk a chip cutter disk, dough hook, whisk thing and a juicer insert. also the cutting blade of course. Its the second one we have had. The first lasted about10 years i think and this one is still going strong at about that same age. The bowls are the thing that goes eventually and the belt but the belt is easy to replace and cheap to buy.Its me Culpepper LOL couldn't sign in with the old ID so time for a fresh start....1
