2 x PCN Appeal Rejected - Ticket Upside Down

Hi

I have received two PCN's from ES Parking LTD for my ticket being upside down on the dashboard - yes two in the same week I am a idiot! :)
I simply cant afford to pay these fines and don't think it is fair as I did purchase a all day ticket! I imagine the tickets have blown over when I have opened the door. I wrote an appeal to ES Parking for both of the fines - unfortunately I did this before reading the newbie thread and have admitted that I was the driver and talked about no profit loss to the company & no adhesive on the tickets. Of course they were both rejected!
Now I am keen to start writing my next appeal to IAS - I imagine this will be rejected to but worth a shot.
I am struggling with what to include, as I have already admitted to being the driver the newbies thread seems to be based upon denying driving. I am worried I have put myself at a huge disadvantage and will need to pay up.

I have got both the tickets and will attach them to the appeal, any advice on what else I should include would be super appreciated!

Thanks!!

You are in luck if you look at my username -> threads you will find I am defending against ES for the same type of problem in one of my threads.

Luckily yours has not reached court stage yet and hope it wont.

I also blurted out who was driving but don't worry your main defence is you paid for parking and the ticked being upside down is 'de minimis' (minimal effect)

    Suggestions:
    1) Don't appeal to IAS. The forum doesn't recommend this. You will be 99% certain of losing.
    2) Gather as much evidence of the car park signage and take photos of where you parked.
    3) Have a skim read of my thread to give ideas of a good defence to your case for future reference.
    4) And finally sit and wait up to 6 years, ignoring any chasing letters, until a Letter Before Claim gets sent to you. If nothing received in that time count yourself lucky.

If you do receive a LBC, which expect you will, just read the NEWBIEs thread post #2 and post your defence.
