Occupier's consent form and possible credit check

Hi,
I was declared bankrupt in Sept 16 and discharged a year later. My husband is currently in the process of purchasing a house solely in his name and assessed using only his income. I work part time so I'm not counted as financially reliant on him.
Today I received the standard occupier's consent form. I have done my own research online as I am aware of what it is about and am happy to sign it. However, whilst doing this research, I came across this old thread:

I'm now fretting in case the lender (Natwest) get wind of my adverse credit history and pull the rug from under us. Husband has had the mortgage offer through and we are waiting for the last of our searches to come back. Is it the case that Natwest do credit checks on occupiers and will withdraw in the case of adverse credit history? We have no financial associations.
