Does anyone have any experience of this firm ? as I'm about to re-mortage, the current offers they are advertising seem good and they pay all legals and valuation costs.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

We eventually got our formal offer yesterday (5 weeks after applying). Were told that we would get the offer last week but what arrived first was an offer in principle subject to valuation (the valuation had been done a few days after we applied!!).
The actual offer which arrived yesterday had a couple of errors, the term of the discount chosen was wrong and the mortgage amount was wrong!!! according to our mortgage broker both errors were down to First Active.
Doesn't bode well so far but like you say the deals sound good.0
