Domino’s Call of Duty WWII Competition – October 2017
Full Terms & Conditions Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Isle of Man only, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited (“DPUK”) their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
2. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements of DPUK.
3. Entrants warrant to DPUK that they are over the age of 18 years.
4. This competition opens at 10.00am Wednesday 1 November 2017 and closes at 9.00am Thursday 2 November 2017. Any entry received after this time will not be valid.
How to enter
5. DPUK will post a picture on its Domino's UK Facebook page and the Domino’s UK Twitter Page on 10.00am Wednesday 1 November 2017.
6. To enter this competition, entrants must tag three friends in the comments section of the Facebook post on the Domino’s UK Facebook page OR entrants must tag three friends in the reply section of the Twitter Post.
7. A maximum of one entry is permitted per person.
8. Responses that do not contain three tagged friends in the comments section will not be considered valid entries.
Selecting the winners
9. 1 winner will be selected at random on Thursday 2 November 2017 from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. 10 runners up will be selected at random on Thursday 2 November 2017 from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Prize
11. The first prize winner will receive the ‘Call of Duty: Care Package’ which includes 1 PlayStation 4, 4 exclusive zombie posters, 4 Call of Duty t-shirts, 4 Call of Duty badges, 4 KontrolFreek thumb sticks, 4 Lanyards, 4 pens and 4 copies of the code for the Call of Duty WWII game for PS4 as a digital download. The winner will also win a free pizza delivery (two large pizzas, two sides of their choice) at a time of their choosing up to 48 hours after they have accepted that they are the winner of the competition.
12. 10 runners up will each receive a code for a digital download of the new Call of Duty WWII game for PS4.
13. There is no cash alternative or otherwise to the stated prizes. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Notification and delivery of the prize
14. The winners will be notified on Thursday 2 November 2017, via the method they used to enter.
15. DPUK will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winners have not responded to the notification within two working days, or if any selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, does not want or is unable to take up the prize for any other reason, DPUK reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. The winners will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu of a prize.
16. The first prize winner will be required to provide their contact details including an address for the prize to be sent to. These details must be provided within two working days of notification of winning. If a valid address is not provided within the two working days period then DPUK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
17. The 1st prize will be delivered within 30 days of the first prize winner’s response. The first prize winner will be contacted prior to delivery of the prize to arrange a convenient delivery time. DPUK accepts no responsibility if the winner is not available for delivery of the prize for any reason outside DPUK’s reasonable control.
General
18. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. DPUK cannot be held responsible or liable for system failures on submission of any entry. Similarly, DPUK cannot be held responsible for the failure of third parties to fulfill their obligations in relation to this competition, although DPUK will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants of any such failure.
19. The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which DPUK reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
20. By entering the competition the entrants confirm that the content submitted does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright and/or trade marks), other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other legal or moral rights of any third party and they have secured all third-party permissions, licences and releases necessary to grant the above licence to DPUK or that of the parent/legal guardian where the third party is under 16 years.
21. All entries submitted must be free from sexist, racist, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, anti-religious, homophobic, bullying, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, pornographic, nude, partially nude, infringing, hateful, or other content adjudged unacceptable by DPUK in its sole discretion. DPUK reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to remove any entries or comments that it considers to be offensive and/or to prevent further entries or comments from being uploaded.
22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this competition, DPUK may, at their sole discretion, refuse to accept any entry.
23. DPUK’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
24. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPUK does not accept any liability for any losses or damage whatsoever arising out of this competition. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude DPUK’s liability for death, personal injury (as a result of DPUK’s negligence), fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
25. The names and counties of the winners will be made available on request to those sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Call of Duty: Care Package competition, Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited, 1 Thornbury, West Ashland, Milton Keynes, MK6 4BB after Thursday 9 November 2017.
26. The winners may be required to participate in publicity. By entering this competition, the prize winners acknowledge that they may be required to participate in any form of publicity relating to the competition at DPUK’s sole discretion without further consent or payment. The winners shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
27. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

29. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter and entrants agree to release Facebook and Twitter from all liability in connection with this competition.
