These terms and conditions apply to the #babesofmissguided £500 Twitter prize draw (“Prize Draw”) advertised on the “Keep on being you. Be in with a chance of winning a £500 @Missguided voucher #babesofmissguided #keeponbeingyou” Tweet posted on Missguided’s official Twitter account “@Missguided” (“Missguided Twitter Account”) on 1 November 2017 (“Post”). No purchase necessary. UK residents only.

1. Conditions of entry - to participate in this Prize Draw you must satisfy the following:

1.1. You must be aged over 16. If you are not, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this Prize Draw; by participating, you confirm that you have obtained such permission;

1.2. You must be resident in the United Kingdom;

1.3. You must have a Twitter account that is set to “Public Tweets” (your account must not be set to “Protected Tweets”) (“Your Twitter Account”);

1.4. You must only enter once; multiple and/or bulk entries, and entries made by third parties on your behalf, are not permitted;

1.5. You must not be an employee of Missguided or their direct family member or agent, or otherwise associated with this Prize Draw;

1.6. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate in and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter - to enter the Prize Draw you will need to:

2.1. follow the Missguided Twitter Account;

2.2. find the Post; and

2.3. using Your Twitter Account, retweet the Post with the #babesofmissguided hashtag within the Entry Period (defined below) (“Action”).

3. Entry Period - you can enter the Prize Draw at any time between 00:01 (GMT) and 23:59 (GMT) on 1 November 2017 (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.

4. Winner Selection - all eligible entrants’ Twitter handles will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random (“Draw”) after the Closing Date. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Prize Draw will be entered.

5. Prize - there will be 1 winner and the prize for the winner will be as follows (“Prize”):

5.1. 1 x Missguided gift voucher worth £500 to spend on the https://www.missguided.co.uk website (“Website”) (“Voucher”). Voucher can only be used on the Website and cannot be used on any other medium including at any concession or store, or any third party website, and cannot be used towards delivery charges. Voucher cannot be used on sale items. Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction. Voucher must be used by 1 December 2017.

5.2. Winner notification - the winner will be contacted by Twitter direct message within 3 days of the Draw. The winner will be asked to confirm their Twitter handle, full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Draw if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.

6. Announcement of winner - the name and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon request for two months after the Closing Date. Please write to the address below for these details.

7. Disqualification - we reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this Prize Draw or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Prize Draw.

8. Changes to the Prize Draw - we reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Draw, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9. Information about you - by entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Twitter handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy [INSERT LINK TO RELEVANT PRIVACY POLICY], including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw.
