I have Quidco as a tab on my (Firefox) browser. When I launch the browser, the bottom bar is often missing. Refreshing the page usually does the trick.

Also, make sure that your browser window is tall enough. I have an annoying Avast toolbar popup* which, until I close it, pushes the Quidco bar below the bottom of the window.

* It's Avast Safeprice, which I don't often use, but stupidly it can only be suppressed on a specific website for 24hours. The 'offer' it is advertising is to join Quidco, which, of course, I do not need!!
