High School Musical 2 Competition

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Only one entry per person. Entries by agents or third parties will not be accepted.
3. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and under, except employees of Argos, TCA and The Walt Disney Company Limited and their immediate families, agents, affiliates or anyone involved with the competition.
4. To enter the competition you need to visit the website www.argos.co.uk, follow the links to High School Musical 2 and correctly answer a multiple choice question.
5. Entrants must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering this competition. Entries must include the name, telephone number of a parent/ legal guardian. Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided. Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, misdirected, or illegal entries.
6. The competition opens on 3rd October and ends on the 17th October 2007.
7. 1 (one) winner will be chosen at random from all the correct valid entries received at the end of the competition by an independent judge and the judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Ten runners up prizes will be drawn from the remaining correct answers.
8. There is 1 (one) first prize which consists of: Attendance at a London cinema (final venue to be confirmed) of the screening of High School Musical 2 for the winner and up to 30 (thirty) of the winner's friends with refreshments for the screening. The runners up prizes will be goody bags of selected High School Musical merchandise.
9. Insurance and travel are NOT included.
10. Attendees under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult during the screening. It is the responsibility of the adult to make arrangements with the children's school(s) in respect of any absence due to attendance at the screening.
11. The Winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
12. The winner's parent/legal guardian will be notified via e-mail or telephone within 14 days of the competition closing date. If a positive response is not received from the parent/legal guardian of the winner within 5 (five) days, Promoter reserves the right to select another correct entry. The runners up prizes will be despatched by post within 14 days of the competition closing date.
13. No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
14. All personal information about winner/runners up collected for the purpose of this competition may be shared with other Promoter entities and/or agents so that prize can be delivered and winner/runners up listed on the website. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
15. Winner and prize participants take full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action they may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising in connection with any prize and the use thereof and agree not to sue or make claim against the Promoter for damages or other losses sustained from using any prize.
16. Use of a false name or address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize.
17. The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the Promoter.
