Update £5.15 for me on lunch. Went slightly over my budget. Sorry. Was yum though

Glad you enjoyed it, bd. I've just eaten my cheese and brown sauce sandwich - but don't let that make you feel guilty. :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Update - my wonderful dad left work early to get my book in London!
Therefore have spent £10 in supermarket buying him nice curry with rice, naan and onion baiji (spelling?!) with nice bottle of red wine to say thanks. Going up to London tomorrow would have cost more so although my NSD is ruined, have saved money & time long term. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Ooooh, I like this thread, would it be okay if I were to join in? It might help keep track of where all the money goes!
£54.05 on Asda home delivery shop. Really pleased with this, it never normally leaves any change out of £100 <blush>
£7.00 something that H spent in Tesco pharmacy on painkillers and bonjela for poor daughter (lots of pain, she had braces fitted on Wednesday). I did tell him when he came home with the Calpol plus he should have bought Tescos own brand paracetomal, he still has quite a lot to learn lol!
That was the lot. Trust me, that is VERY good!!
edited because daughter had her braces "fitted", not "filled" lol!!You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Spent £2 on a Moulton and Brown BA travel set from a charity shop (mum moves house shortly so will leave that at hers for them time I stay over), £2 on a really nice vanilla fragrance gift set out of the same place (2 oil burners, incense sticks, incense holders, room spray, oils, candles.........) which will make a nice wee pressie for someone come the 25th Dec! Box is a bit battered, but will find something a bit more crafty for it.
Lunch was a £1.20 salad in the staff canteen with a diet coke.
No' bad then!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
