Mortgages on mining properties

Hi, I'm trying to sell my house but there is a mining shaft on the boundary of my property. I bought this house new build 10 years ago and was able to secure a mortgage at that time. Now am trying to sell the house but struggling due to lenders having issues with the mining shaft. Are there any lenders out there that will lend for such a property?
