Survey before full application processed

Hi
We got an AIP from NatWest on Friday and the full application was submitted on Monday with supporting documents. They have already instructed a survey but haven’t checked the documents yet- is that normal?

It is for Natwest and other lenders.
Dont worry too much, Natwest are pretty sharpish at the minute, I would expect you to hear back from them today or tomorrow.
