Hi there
I have an AIP and full application will be done tomorrow. What more do they check when they do the full application?
Thanks

They check everything on your application fits criteria (although a lot of that is done during the application - ie if it does not fit, it will not let you proceed), they will check the documents provided match the application and then will also do some extra security checks behind the scenes.

    No it doesn't.

Lenders do checks on various items at various stages.

A Lender can say they only need the valuation but still pick something up later in the process.

The process is complete when you have your formal mortgage offer.
