Mortgage re-selling, claiming 70% back?

Hi all,
Not sure how many others have seen an ad called 'Ease Your Mortgage' by a solicitor firm based in Birmingham which claims you can get 70% of your mortgage paid off if it was re-sold and 80% have been?
I don't know what to think of it as obviously if this is the new 'reclaim PPIs' thing that's about to go down then 70% of your mortgage being wiped off is definitely going to be more appealing than the amount that you can get from PPI claims.
Anyone any thoughts or advice on what this is?

There was a similar line on credit card debt about 10 years ago and thousands of people paid millions in fees on the basis of a 'legal opinion' that was rejected when the first cases went to Court.
Most likely the only opportunity here is to look sad in your profile picture in MoneyMail.
