Yahoo! MobileMania - Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the free item giveaway, "participants" or "you" agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be residents of the UK. Participants will be deemed to be the natural person to whom the mobile phone number is registered. Only one featured promotional item per person is permitted on each of the promotional days.

3. Featured promotional items are free. Promotional items will be available as part of "MobileMania" each Wednesday from 01:00 - 11:59 between 10 May - 1 June 2005. Participants will be charged at the standard rate by their mobile network operator for their sms message to request items and for their wap or gprs session to download the content item.

4. To receive free featured items as part of the MobileMania promotion, participants must use their mobile phone to send a text message request containing the item code to 86200 whereupon a message containing a content link will be returned to their handset. The participant will then need to engage a WAP or GPRS session to download the content item and save it to their handset. Participants must apply for the free featured promotional items as outlined on the promotional page at https://www.yahoo.co.uk/mobile/mania/

5. Not all mobile handsets may be compatible with content items offered.

6. Yahoo! is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for items that are misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed, lost late or damaged.

7. There will be no cash alternative to featured promotional items.

8. By requesting featured content, participants are agreeing to receive information on new services and promotions from Yahoo! Mobile on their mobile phones. We will not pass participants' details on to their party marketers. You are able to opt out from receiving any further marketing communications fro Yahoo! Mobile at any time by sending "NO" to 86200. Yahoo! may use any and all information relating to the promotional giveaway for marketing purposes or any other purpose not prohibited by law.
