Winner and Prize
6.The Winner. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries by random draw performed by a computer process on 1 November 2017.
7.The Prize. The winner will receive one prize. The prize is: one-night stay in any UK Travelodge hotel of the winner’s choice plus breakfast for the following morning, subject to the following limitations:
(1) Number of guests: up to 3 adults (aged 18 or over) OR for up to 2 adults (aged 18 or over) plus up to 2 children under 16.
(2) The breakfast included in the prize will be either our “all you can eat breakfast” (if the chosen Travelodge hotel has a restaurant within the hotel) or “handy grab & go” breakfast box (if the chosen Travelodge hotel has no restaurant within the hotel).
(3) the prize will not include any other “Extra” items (e.g. Wi-Fi and pets).
(4) The prize does not include transportation, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, installation or any costs or items not specifically mentioned above.
8.We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner as soon as the winner is chosen using the email address to which we sent the invitation or using the email address submitted in the entry. If the winner fails to respond within 5 working days after our initial email to the winner regarding the competition winner, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Participant randomly selected from the valid entries. We will announce the confirmed winner on or before 20 November 2017 on our website and/or by social media posts (Facebook and Twitter).
9.The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives.
10.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Redemption of the Prizes
11.The winner must book a Travelodge hotel before 20 December 2017 and complete the prize stay before or on 20 May 2018. The booking of the hotel room will be subject to room availability as shown on travelodge.co.uk.
Travelodge’s standard Booking T&Cs (which can be viewed at https://www.travelodge.co.uk/terms-conditions will apply when taking up the prize.
