You need to enter details in a pop up but I am not getting one. Details from T&C's on how to enter if one does not appear.

When a pumpkin is found, enter email address in the pop-up form on that page to be entered into competition. Email address can be entered only once. User will not see pop-up form again after entering. A 'set of your choice' refers to one knicker and one bra from the same collection. Where a matching suspender is available in the collection, this can also be included in the 'set'.
