Did I miss my chance to win?

Hi everyone

Advice/experience please!

I got a missed call on Friday morning (my birthday!) from !020 7766 6000‬ which is the number for Global- those in charge of classic fm, heart and classical! I rang the number back and got through, informing them that I had a missed call. I was told it was the switchboard so they couldn’t tell who was calling and that I should wait for them to call me back. I waited all day and they didn’t! Might I have missed a big win here? Does anyone have experience of this?

I think they generally call back, the relevant people might not work a the weekends so hopefully you should get a call back on Monday.

(Unless it was a "Must be on Air" comp, then chances are it went to someone else)

Thank you. I don’t enter “on air” comps so I’m hoping they’ll call back? It was strange to receive a call pre 8am and not have a call back the same day though!

when I missed a call from Capital last year - they rang back x fingers crossed x please let us know

I have read in their T&C that they ring 3 times and if no one picks up after 3rd time then they choose another winner
