I wonder if it's a scam site that's been taken down - a cached version of the page shows over 12,000 followers but only 3 tweets - some sites remove tweets so they never announce winners. Doesn't appear to be a website or any product for them to be promoting so why run competitions?
Another site has this site and "prizesquad" as it's only retweets
