SIPP Allocation

I am transferring monies from an old pension (500k) into a new SIPP shortly and I want to get a handle on where best to invest the cash. The SIPP will probably be with iWeb and I am considering a mainly passive portfolio with some smaller active funds covering areas such as smaller companies and emerging markets. I am 55 and semi retired but under the current tax environment I am not envisioning taking any income from the SIPP for at least 10 years and then probably only enough to use up tax allowances (these are pretty much used up currently by a little consultancy work, a BTL and some P2P).
I am considering a 60 to 40% split between equities and “other” where the other includes bonds, Property and possibly some Targeted absolute type funds.
So something like this:-
Global equity 35%
UK Equity 10%
Small Company 10% (Some UK some Global)
Emerging market 5%
Bonds 15%
Property 10%
Absolute 10%
Physical gold ETF 5%
Does this seem a reasonable allocation to you?
I have been investing fairly actively for the past 7 years particularly using Funds so I am very familiar with Vangard LS etc. but I was considering going mainly with ETFs & ITs for this?? Do you have any suggestions for specific investments?
