Okay this is odd, in the link they give on the competition page http://www.outside.co.uk/shop/Micro+Vario+Carbon
They seem to give two different answers for the pair 444g (twice) and 448g. Ho hum.

Yes there does appear to be a descepancy, but the LEKI site states 229 grams per unit / 458 grams per pair. Also several outdoor sales outlets also specify 229 grams per pole or 458 grams per pair. So seeing as it's not a multiple choice question and answers are required to be typed in - I suggest each entrant makes own mind up.
