Quidco - October tracking ok???

Is everyone getting their quidco tracked o.k. in October? I've used quidco for 2 years and no probs til now. The reason I'm asking is I downloaded the new Virgin PCguard at the end of Sep and all 3 purchases since have not tracked but are there when I check the missed earnings section. Any yes or no's appreciated.

Alan, if you go into my earnings, down to the bottom then missing or incorrect earnings - missing transactions - submit an earnings enquiry then select the merchant. This shows when you clicked through to the merchant that you used (time and date). You can't bring an enquiry til 14 days after you clicked through.
I didn't explain it too well in my first post, sorry.

im the same although a littlewoods extra purchase did track earlier in the week

I have a pet insurance sale not track (£40 :eek: ) from 28th Sept and also a sale on zooplus on 29/9 which would only be pennies back. Kelkoo clicks haven't been tracking either.

I've put enquiries in on the churchill insurance and zooplus sales.

first time I've had a problem in a year. I love free money!

ditto here, nothing since 2nd October. Have been away for a few days but the last three days clicks have not tracked, nor have those from 3rd October.
