Rome Competition – Additional terms and conditions

1)The prize consists of:

• Return scheduled flights from a choice of UK airports: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester and London to Rome
• 5 nights’ accommodation at Boscolo Hotel including breakfast (based on two people sharing one double or twin room)
• Transfers airport-hotel-airport
• Private Rome Highlights Tour, including The Colosseum, The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
• A dinner for two at Ambrosia Restaurant up to the value of £120 including a glass of wine per person.
• £500 spending money
• Four Corners Prize Winner Management Service including 24-hour emergency assistance.

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Four Corners and at least 3 months in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3)The prize must be taken within one year of the winner being announced. The prize and its components are subject to availability and cannot be taken over the following dates:

4) The prize is valid for 2 persons who must travel together. Either the prize winner or their companion must be over the age of 18. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Italy. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advise from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
5) Four Corners is not obliged to vary or amend any elements of the prize as described in the final agreed proposal.
6)The management of prize variations such as extended stays or additional members to the party is at the sole discretion of Four Corners.
7) Once booked, the prize is non-changeable and non-transferable.
8) Standard travel insurance will be provided. Winners must inform Four Corners of any pre-existing medical conditions at time of booking.
9) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
10)There is no cash alternative to the prize.
11) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
12) Video footage and images provided by Boscolo Hotels.
13)Prize provider of the trip is Four Corners, One Euston Square, 40 Melton Street, London NW1 2FD.
