Do we qualify for FTB products?

I have never owned a property before but my partner sold his first and only property 4 years ago. We have since been in rented, saving and looking to buy our first home soon. Would we qualify for FTB products seeings as at least one of us is a FTB? Or would it differ depending on the lender?
