I was passing through town on my lunch hour when I was stopped by a representative of a company called "Equity House." They were claiming they could reduce my mortgage payments and interest charge and raise enough money to pay of any redemption penalty - bear in mind I've only had my mortgage since May and it was 100%. The guy thought my house bought for £68K would now be worth £80k (umm - no)
Their full title is "Equity House Mortgage Advice Centre LLP"
Mortgage brokers?
Think they should better train their reps though - the man I was speaking to had no idea what 'loan to value' meant
