    Yeah i know, but it's just not what my priority needs to be at this point.

    I am lucky in that my pension will allow me to buy a property outright with the lump sum when i am 55 but i would rather not have to wait that long but if i do so be it.

    All i wondered was if there was a way to get a 100% mortgage that was all.
