Student wanting to get a mortgage

Options
Im a second year student who gets the maximum loan and grant of 10000. I also work part time earning minimum of 7000 a year. Ive found a property which I would like to buy which is 70000, I have savings of 8000. Will mortgage lenders look at my student loan income and my part time work or is it just the part time income.

Just your part time income. Your student loan is not an income, it is something that will eventually become a commitment (all being well).
