Mortgage broker needed

Hi, my first time posting.
I am looking to buy a house with my partner as we pay over the odds in rent
My credit isn't that great, I've had two defaults which is paid in full and will drop off my credit file in Nov 2020. My partners credit file is better. No defaults or missed payments.
We don't earn a great amount.
Applicant 1 - 23,500
Applicant 2 - 18,500
We are hoping to have a deposit of 18k.
There's tools available online but I get totally different answers from each of them. I know I need a broker for adverse data. Do you know roughly how much we could lend? No outstanding balances.
Thanks:j:j:j

4.5x income, so approximately £180k plus your deposit on top.
There are potentially lenders who will consider you now, but you may need to stretch to 15% deposit, worth a try at 10% however.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I've just got a 95% agreed for a client with two satisfied defaults, so plenty of options available to you.
You need to appoint a good broker!I am a Mortgage Broker.
