I'm looking for some advice.
Moriarty law have made a ccj claim against me.
I have filed my defence. I have now received a n180 questionnaire to fill out. I am happy to agree to mediation. I made a subject access request and a cor 31.14 for proof of debt on the 8th of September but they still haven't sent me any of the information requested. What should my next move be?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Best to comply with the courts deadline, i have never actually seen one of these documents, is it possible to add a note that the creditor has failed to comply ?
