    Don't know why it won't let me enter. I'm able to fill everything in, open the terms & conditions, mark them as read, but then it won't do anything.

    I usually have no problem with Chrome, but even Firefox it makes no difference.

    Try clearing cookies etc, its just worked for me, i just entered

    Opening in incognito mode (chrome) has the same effect as clearing cookies without the bother.

    I would be surprised if you haven't thought of this already, but just in case: Have you tried logging in first? I'm using Chrome, and it's all working fine for me. I have to scroll down to find "Click here to start." Then I click on the pumpkins till I find the right one. When I do, it opens a new page for my details, which are pretty much already filled in. This is either because I'm logged in, or it's LastPass's autofill.

    The only other thoughts are, do you have the latest Java installed, and have you tried a different browser?

    My guess is you will have thought of all that already, though.

    I'll try the log-in first.

    Checking Java and other programmes was my first thought, and I make sure I keep them up to date.

    I updated Chrome a few days ago and since then I haven't been able to enter the Heart Halloween draws.

    Will persevere.

    Sadly I still haven't been able to enter today. I tried logging in first and going to the competition that way, all works until I press the enter button then nothing happens. :(
