Santander mortgage offer - anything else to do?

Hi there,
I got a mortgage offer from Santander this week (very relieved!) I go it from a broker. For those who have dealt with Santander is there anything to do? The solicitor has been sent a copy but is there a way to formally accept the offer or is that it? Do I need to sign Anything or is that it for Santander? I note there’s a 7 day “reflection” period.
In the next steps in the document it just states a copy has been sent to the conveyancer.
The broker says nothing else to do but just wondering if that’s normal?
Thanks!

As far as I’m aware no. I’m doing a remortgage with them just now and short of returning the solicitors pack/questionnaire etc there’s nothing to do but sit back and wait for completion.
I had the same thought but went through the pack and docs a few times to make sure so just waiting for completion now.0 -
Offer documents do not need to be signed and returned anymore, so if you have it and your solicitor also has it, then just sit back and wait for the remortgage process to complete.
If you are on a timescale you can maybe put some steam up your broker / solicitor, if not, just leave them to itI am a Mortgage Broker.

Very helpful thank you! I was so worried about getting it that now I’m paranoid it will go because I didn’t sign back forms! Thanks for your replies!0
