Just a thought, but do you think the questions relation to drinking JD have an affect on how many goodies you get? i.e. if you say you drink lots of JD do they treat you as a valued customer? I've just signed up and said yes to being contacted by post, and told them I drink 2x5 spirits a week(!) and my last 10 drinks have been JD. I'll either get lots of freebies or someone from social services will knock my door!

    I'll let you know!

    Cheers

    Joe

I wondered that a coupla years back so I changed what I added when signing upthe last 6 times . It doesnt seem to have made any difference as I still don't get any goodies.

I have been signed up for a year or so, had poker chips, ice cube bags, calender. I have since sold them all on ebay and made a few pounds very good.

I actually don't drink JD and hardly drink at all but get stuff regularly from them. Poker chips, luggage tags, calander etc...
I expect either they get so many requests they pick people at random or more likely they have a "target" market which they shower in goodies as thats who they want drinking their product.
Also surely if your drinking pints of the stuff they don't need to promote it with you to buy more? Next time you sign up remember they probably want under 35's to drink the product and will be more intrested in getting the people who drink it occasionally or drink other brands to become more loyal to the Jack Daniels brand.
Also if you do get free stuff always return the survey form you get with it so they know your still intrested. Failing that just buy the goodies on Ebay!!
