2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The prize is an iPhone 8 64GB Handset.
4. To enter, users must answer at least one of the daily questions on the Carphone Warehouse Competition page. A valid entry comprises the correct answer being selected in the day in which the member enters.
5. The start date of the competition is 20th October 2017 at 5pm and submissions will close at 23:59 26th October 2017.
6. The winner’s will be notified via an enquiry in the form of a support ticket via their TopCashback account.
7. We have no obligation to offer the prize to potential winners who were contacted but failed to respond within 7 days of being notified.
8. Top Cashback reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant should the winner fail to respond within the 7 days.
9. Entries are limited to one per member per day, 7 days in total.

As well as the refresh problem, they have also posted questions late in the day and if I'm recalling correctly may even miss days. I believe that today's question has yet to be posted.

1. Promoter’s name and address

2. How to participate

These conditions are to be read in conjunction with the individual TopCashback Competitions page. All entrants must be logged in to their TopCashback account and select an answer from the drop down box on the completion page. Entrants with the correct answer will be put through to the prize draw. 3. Start date

This promotion start date will be Monday 23rd October 2017.

4. Closing date

This promotion end date will be Friday 27th October 2017 at 23:59.

5. Selection of the winner

The single winner of the prize draw will be the first Plus Member entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner must respond to the communication made by TopCashback within 5 working days, thereafter TopCashback reserve the right to select another winner. The correct answer will be published on the TopCashback website. You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

6. Prize

The prize is £200 cash, paid as cashback, as detailed on the TopCashback Plus Member competition prize page. The promoter may substitute a cash alternative for any prize. The prize is non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses. The prize is wholly funded by TopCashback. The prize will be entered into the members account within 5 working days with a status of payable, it can be paid out in whatever form the winner seems appropriate. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prize.

7. Restrictions and requirements

Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion. Members must be aged 16 or over at the date of entry. Members must be Plus Members. Where there is a contradiction between the offer terms and conditions and TopCashback terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions take precedence until the offer expires
