Small Claims Court - a question
It looks like I'm going to be pursuing a claim via the small claims court :-(
I just wondered if the person I am pursuing for monies owed needs to be a British citizen ?
The person is a South African married to a British citizen. He came her on a work permit but now probably has applied for residency having been in the UK for about 3 years.
Many thanks
PJ

I'm sure that he is a citizen, he would have been on a two or three year permit and as SA is a commonwealth country the Citizenship test is much more simple, plus he's married here. So you should be ok to pursue him.0
