Some advice needed

Hi,

Would really be grateful for some advice regarding a forthcoming re-mortgage.

    I can't recommend lenders as that may be seen as advice.

    But what I can say is that "the chances" are very good. Income should be plenty for the size of loan you are considering (as long as other credit commitments are not outrageous !) and the loan to value ratio is low.

    As to what rate you may get it is impossible to say as the payment history and size of defaults will have a large impact on this.

    Talk to a broker (fee free) who should be able to place this fairly easily.
