Thanks NOSONDDU for your post about the competition with the Manchester Evening News for a meal and overnight stay in Manchester. Not sure how to link to a previous post but it was the one NOSONDDU posted on 09/10/07.
I've just received an email telling me I'm a winner! Apparently, it's for dinner, bed and breakfast for two at the Golden Tulip Hotel as part of The F Factor and A Taste of Trafford - The Manchester Food & Drink Festival. I can't wait as I had my tonsils out three weeks ago and this is just the lift I needed to get me out of the post-op blues!
